Therapy Approaches

Cognitive Behavioral

Helping you reduce stress, cope with complicated relationships, deal with grief, and confront other common life challenges. This therapy technique that can help you discover new ways to handle life's challenges by changing your thought patterns

Choice Theory

The past has a lot to do with who we are, but it does not hold us prisoner. Choice therapy can enable you to gain new perspectives and techniques that will help you to manage challenges on your own.

Let's Talk

The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.
